The Dover Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Donald Buxton will conclude its 2013-2014 season on Sunday, May 4, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at the Rollins Center at Dover Downs in Dover.

The orchestra will feature a tribute of medleys from The Beatles and Elvis Presley. We will also perform a mix of contemporary tunes, including medleys from Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean, Ashokan Farewell, patriotic, big band, and film music.

Admission prices are Adults--$20, Seniors/Students/Military--$15.  Children under 16 are free with a paying adult.   Tickets are available at the website, www.doversymphony.org, or by calling 302-270-1903. Tickets are also available at the door.  Valet parking will be offered at $4.00.  Additionally there will be free shuttle service throughout the parking lots.

Annual Gridiron Dinner

Anne Gallagher, chair of the Norman A. Lockman Excellence in the Arts Committee, Dave Skocik representing the Dover Symphony Orchestra, and Susan Bulley representing the ecarte dance theatre. The two Dover-based organizations received grants at the annual GridIron dinner in Wilmington on May 7, 2011 based on the organizations' community outreach.
